How to find your tracking

  • Look for a shipping confirmation message
  • Check your spam or junk folder if needed
  • Contact support with your order number if you still need help

What to do if tracking has not updated

Tracking may take time to update after a label is created. If there has been no movement for several business days, contact support with your order number and tracking link.
