Overview

These Terms of Service govern use of peptidequickpen.com.au and purchases from Peptide Quick Pens. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

1. About the store

Peptide Quick Pens is an Australian online retailer of quick pen devices, accessories and related supplies. Products may be fulfilled by Australian or overseas third-party suppliers, but Peptide Quick Pens is the seller responsible for your order.

Contact: info@peptidequickpen.com.au

2. Eligibility and account information

You must have legal capacity to enter a contract or use the store with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. You must provide current, complete and accurate checkout and account information and keep account credentials secure.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by our failure to take reasonable security measures.

3. Product purpose and health information

The store sells devices, accessories and supplies. Unless a product page expressly and lawfully states otherwise, we do not sell peptide substances, prescription medicines or medical consultations.

Website content is general product information and is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Customers are responsible for checking product compatibility and following manufacturer instructions and advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional. Do not use a damaged product or an item with a compromised sterile barrier.

No website statement should be interpreted as claiming that a product prevents, diagnoses, treats or cures a medical condition unless that claim is expressly authorised by applicable law.

4. Product listings

We take reasonable care to describe products accurately. Colours and appearance can vary between screens, photography and production batches. Packaging may change where this does not materially change the product ordered.

Product availability is not guaranteed until an order is accepted. We may correct genuine typographical, pricing or listing errors. If a material error affects an order, we will contact you and provide the options required by law, which may include cancellation and a refund.

5. Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted. We may reject or cancel an order for stock unavailability, payment failure, suspected fraud, quantity limits, an obvious error or legal/compliance reasons.

If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the affected amount. We may limit quantities reasonably to protect stock availability or prevent resale and misuse.

6. Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in Australian dollars. Taxes are included where applicable unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges are shown before payment. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may be provided by third parties subject to their own terms.

You authorise the payment provider to charge the total shown at checkout. We do not guarantee that every payment method will always be available.

7. Shipping and tracking

Orders may ship from Australia or overseas, may arrive in separate parcels and are subject to the Shipping Policy. Standard delivery is expected within 30 calendar days after order confirmation, but exact dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed.

8. Returns, refunds and cancellations

The Refund Policy forms part of these terms. We do not offer change-of-mind returns. Sterile and hygiene-sensitive goods cannot be returned merely because their packaging has been opened. These rules do not limit remedies for faulty, unsafe, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed products or other rights under Australian Consumer Law.

9. Acceptable website use

You must not:

  • use the website for unlawful, fraudulent or harmful activity;
  • interfere with security, operation or access controls;
  • introduce malicious code, scrape the website at unreasonable scale or attempt unauthorised access;
  • impersonate another person or provide false order information;
  • misuse product information or content to make unsupported medical claims; or
  • copy, republish or commercially exploit store content without permission, except where permitted by law.

We may restrict access or cancel affected orders where reasonably necessary to address misuse, fraud, security or legal risk.

10. Intellectual property

The website design, branding, text, graphics and original content are owned by or licensed to Peptide Quick Pens and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party product names and trade marks remain the property of their respective owners.

11. Third-party services and links

The store uses Shopify and third-party payment, tracking, delivery, analytics and other services. External websites and services are controlled by their operators. We are not responsible for unrelated third-party content, but this clause does not remove responsibility we have for our own store, products, suppliers or fulfilment arrangements.

12. Reviews and submitted content

If you submit a review, photograph or other content, you confirm that it is truthful, lawful, does not violate another person's rights and does not contain confidential or sensitive information. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and use that content for operating and promoting the store. We may moderate or remove content where reasonably necessary.

13. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or that result from misuse, unauthorised modification, incompatible use or failure to follow instructions. We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability arising under applicable consumer guarantees.

14. Events outside reasonable control

We are not responsible for delay caused solely by events outside our reasonable control, but we will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect, communicate material delays and meet any remedy obligations that apply under law.

15. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled and forms part of these terms.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future use of the website and future orders. The current version will be posted with its last-updated date. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights relating to an order already accepted.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Australia. Nothing in this clause limits any right to bring a claim in a court or tribunal that has jurisdiction under applicable law.
