How to read a product page in the right order
1. Start with the product title
The title tells you whether you are viewing a Quick Pen device, cartridges, a case, a set or a selected supply. Similar photography across listings does not make the products interchangeable or turn separate listings into one bundle.
2. Check every available option
Options are part of the order, not just a display preference. Quick Pen V2 currently has Colour and Pack Size menus. Quick Pen V3 has a Colour menu. The Quick Pen & Travel Case Set uses the selected colour for the device while the listed case remains black. Other products may use quantity, capacity or style options.
After choosing an option, check that the displayed selection and cart line match what you intended to order.
3. Read the written inclusion list
The inclusion list should answer what arrives for the selected listing. A device-only page, case-only page and multi-item set can look related while supplying different items. Treat the written list as the package guide and contact the store if it does not answer your question.
4. Read the exclusions

The word set in one title does not change what is supplied by a separate product. Always use the inclusion list on the exact page you are ordering from.

Product names, similar shapes and nearby collection placement are not enough to establish fit.
